Cobalt Chrome
|
 | |
Aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg shares similarities with the 3000 series
alloy commonly employed in casting and die casting. This alloy
boasts a favorable combination of strength and lightweight
properties, alongside impressive resistance to high temperatures
and corrosion.
Key Advantages: - High stiffness and strength relative to weigh.
- Thermal and electrical conductivity.
- High temperature and corrosion resistance.
| Cobalt Chrome (Co28Cr6Mo) stands as a remarkable superalloy
primarily composed of cobalt and chromium. Boasting exceptional
tensile strength and remarkable resistance to creep and corrosion,
it emerges as an ideal material selection for aerospace components
and medical instruments.
Key Advantages: - Exceptional Tensile and Creep Performance.
- Unparalleled Corrosion Resistance

Stainless Steel
|
Inconel
|
 | |
Stainless steel stands out as a corrosion-resistant metal with
remarkable hardness, rendering it an adaptable material choice. Our
3D printing service provides two stainless steel grades:
- Stainless Steel 17-4 PH
- Stainless Steel 316L
Key Advantages: - Heat treated for full hardness and strength
- Acid and corrosion resistance
- High ductility
| Inconel stands as a high-strength, corrosion-resistant
nickel-chromium superalloy, perfectly suited for components
subjected to extreme temperatures and mechanical stress. Inconel
718 components undergo stress relief processes, with the option for
solution and aging according to AMS 5663 standards, resulting in
heightened tensile strength and hardness. Key Advantages:
- Exceptional Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance.
- Superior Tensile, Fatigue, Creep, and Rupture Strength.
- Large Format Availability: Parts up to 31.5” x 15.7” x 19.7” (800mm
x 400mm x 500mm).

PA (Nylon)
|
 | |
ABS or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is available through our 3D
printing service. It's an all-purpose material that produces parts
with fine features and smooth surface finishes. | We offer various nylon grades for SLS and MJF 3D printing:
- PA 12 White (PA 650): Economical, with good strength and stiffness.
- PA 11 Black (PA 850): Highest elongation at break among nylon
options. Uniform deep-black color for a clean appearance.
- PA 12 Black: Offers nearly isotropic mechanical properties and is
cost-effective.
- PA 12 Mineral-Filled (PA620-MF): Provides the highest stiffness and
temperature resistance among nylon choices.
- PA 12 40% Glass-Filled (PA614-GS): Ideal for long-term wear
resistance and high stiffness.
- PA 12 40% Glass-Filled Black: An economical option with heat
deflection properties.

Polypropylene
|
 | |
Polycarbonate is a versatile material known for its stiffness and
excellent heat resistance. Our stereolithography (SLA) process
offers various polycarbonate-like materials: - PC-Like Translucent (Accura 60): Offers high stiffness and
customizable transparency through finishing.
- PC-Like Advanced High Temp (Accura 5530): Features a high elastic
modulus and can achieve a heat deflection as high as 482°F.
- Ceramic-Like Advanced High Temp (PerFORM): Known for its extreme
stiffness and can achieve a heat deflection as high as 514°F when
thermally cured
| We offer three distinct polypropylene-inspired 3D printing
materials, each with unique advantages: - Polypropylene Natural: This is authentic polypropylene, renowned
for its exceptional chemical resistance among SLS and MJF
materials. It's tough, durable, and flexible, while also being
exceptionally lightweight.
- PP-Like Translucent White (Somos 9120): This SLA material has a
translucent appearance and is semi-flexible. Compared to typical
injection-molded polypropylene, 9120 boasts similar tensile
strength, tensile modulus, flexural modulus, and impact strength.
- Carbon FPU 50: This Carbon material emulates polypropylene
properties remarkably well. It stands out with its impressive 200%
elongation, making it the most flexible PP-like option available.
